We know this is your special day and you want it to be perfect, trouble-free and memorable so we set this standard

1. 1. You want our total attention so we only book one car to one wedding on one day.

5. 3. You want to go where you want to go so we will agree to any reasonable changes of plans on the day - different route - different timings anything.

7. 4. Your Mum or bridesmaids might want a ride - so we will take them.

9. 5. You want to know there is no hidden charges so once quoted our price will not change.

11. 6. You want to choose the ribbon colour so we will supply the colour of ribbons you want and we will make every effort to match the umbrella to the your dress or colour scheme.

13. 7. You might want to celebrate your new marriage with free drink of your choice. (We have served champagne to cocoa)

15. 8. Would you like flowers in the car? We will provide silk flowers in the car for free and source fresh flowers at additional cost.

17. 9. You don't need stress just before the wedding so we will arrive half an hour early.

19. 10.You need to know if something goes wrong we can sort it out so we will equip our cars fully:

    This is our standard and if we fail in it we will offer you a refund two times over in proportion to our failure.
